ChatGPT - Create a GPT

Using GPT Builder

  1. 1Click the "View Prompt" button on the activity in WorkFirst AI to copy the prompt.
  2. 2In ChatGPT, click "Explore GPTs" -> "Create a GPT" from the left menu.
  3. 3Paste the copied prompt into the "Instructions" field in the "Configure" tab.
  4. 4Enter the GPT name and description, then click "Create" to finish.
  5. 5Copy the share link of the created GPT and connect it to the WorkFirst AI activity.

Google Gemini - Create a Gem

Using Gem Builder

  1. 1Click the "View Prompt" button on the activity in WorkFirst AI to copy the prompt.
  2. 2In Google Gemini, click "Gem Manager" -> "New Gem" from the left menu.
  3. 3Paste the copied prompt into the "Instructions" field.
  4. 4Enter the Gem name and click "Save" to finish.
  5. 5Copy the share link of the created Gem and connect it to the WorkFirst AI activity.

How to Connect an AI Bot Link to an Activity

  1. Step 1.Click the "AI Link" button for the activity on the work detail page.
  2. Step 2.Paste the ChatGPT GPT or Gemini Gem share link into the URL input field.
  3. Step 3.Save and the link to run the AI bot will be connected to that activity.

Tip: The same AI bot link is maintained across different projects of the same work, so once connected, it can be reused repeatedly.
